You carry two to four projects at a time, from estimate to handover. You are the point of contact for the developer and the general contractor, and you work daily with the foremen on your sites.
Main duties
- Estimating and preparing bids
- Negotiating contracts and change orders
- Planning resources with the foremen
- Budget tracking and progress billing
- Managing the relationship with the client and general contractor
Requirements
- Training in building engineering or estimating, or equivalent experience
- Three years in construction project management
- Proficiency with estimating software
- Working French and English
